We offer a variety of packages, all focused on what we call 'self-leadership'.

Leadership Coaching

A 12-month program including

  • initial meeting (you, your coach and your manager*).

  • DISC profile and debrief.

  • 6 or 10 coaching meetings 

  • mid program check in.

  • close out meeting.

  • in program support - calls, SMS, emails.

This can be followed by additional coaching packages (blocks of 3, 6 or 10 hours).

* Your manager is welcome to join for the second half of the meetings when your organisation is providing the coaching program.

New People Managers

A targeted Coaching program for people new to people management.

  • initial meeting.

  • DISC assessment and debrief

  • 12 coaching meetings.

  • 6 content modules - 'New People Manager program'

  • mid program check in.

  • close out meeting.

  • in-program support - calls, SMS, emails.

This is often in partnership with your employer.
If desired, it can be followed by additional coaching packages . 

Six Month Program

Coaching program - over 6 months

  • initial meeting.

  • 6 coaching meetings.

  • mid program check in*.

  • close out meeting.

Change and Transitions

Change and transitions are a normal part of workplaces. This targeted coaching option is designed to support you to navigate these more effectively.

Bespoke

Co-creation - guided by your needs

We have a discussion about what you are seeking, what may be going on that you want to work through, career goals or thoughts.

 

We then co-create a plan or package based on those needs, goals, desires.

Human Resources Coaching

Build (or re-build) your professional confidence. A short- to medium-term coaching service for experienced People and Culture / HR professionals navigating self-doubt, confidence knocks, difficult workplace experiences or high-stakes decisions. This is designed to support you to regain clarity, confidence and professional voice so you can lead, influence and make decisions with confidence again.
