We offer a variety of packages, all focused on what we call
'self-leadership'.

 

For us, Self-Leadership is our ability to proactively influence our own thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. It involves taking responsibility for our actions, setting clear goals, and maintaining a growth mindset.

Self-leadership empowers us to navigate challenges, adapt to change, and continuously develop our skills.

We support you in enhancing your self-awareness, fostering resilience, and making intentional choices that align with your personal and professional aspirations.

You may be at a career crossroads, seeking growth in your career or your leadership. Coaching is a great conduit for these and more.

Co-creation - guided by your needs

We have a discussion about what you are seeking, what may be going on that you want to work through, career goals or thoughts.

 

We then co-create a plan or package based on those needs, goals, desires.

Leadership Coaching

  • initial meeting.

  • DISC profile and debrief.

  • 6 coaching meetings.

  • mid program check in.

  • close out meeting.

  • in program support - calls, SMS, emails.

 

This can be followed by additional coaching packages (blocks of 3, 6 or 10 hours).
