People Matter Coaching and HR was originally established to help organisations with their 'people matters' or human resources needs.
We have subsequently expanded and also support you and your organisation grow through coaching and development programs. Some of our programs and offerings are in the Services section here, but we're not limited by that and like to think outside the box (or site) to collaborate with you on your specific needs.
We offer a flexible approach, down to earth style, and provide pragmatic advice and support. We work with you to support your growth, develop you and your team, with the goal being to help make your life as a people manager / leader as simple as we are able.

Desleigh White
HR Consultant | Coach | Facilitator
Desleigh has applied her coaching, people and human resource management skills in integrating targeted solutions in a wide variety of industries which include allied health, pharmaceutical, advertising/media/communications, FMCG, insurance, financial services, administration, health, business process outsourcing, and contact centres.
She partners with people wanting to take their career to the next level through coaching and learning and development programs.
She works with a variety of businesses – national brands, multinationals, small and medium businesses and For Purpose (not for profit) organisations.
Desleigh volunteers with 'Aunties and Uncles' as a volunteer Auntie / mentor and as an animal foster carer with rescue groups.
Professionally, she is committed to supporting the HR profession, and volunteers as co-convenor of the Australian HR Institute ER/IR and Safety NSW Network Committe and is a State Councillor for NSW with the Australian HR Institute.
In the past she has volunteered with Wellbeing Australia, and the Smith Family as a mentor to students. She is passionate about people and believes that people power once harnessed is the key to business success. Desleigh brings a sense of humour and a down to earth, relaxed, open style to her work. She is tertiary qualified (B Comm, Masters, Grad Cert in Organisational Leadership and Coaching) and has completed certified coach training at the Institute for Executive Coaching and Leadership.
