People Matter has been established to help businesses with their human resources related responsibilities (or as we like to say - the 'People Stuff'). We offer a flexible approach, provide pragmatic advice and support, and work with you to develop tools that will make your life as a people manager / leader as simple as we are able.

Desleigh partners with businesses – national brands, multinationals and small local businesses. She has applied her skills in integrating targeted human resources solutions in a wide variety of industries which include: pharmaceutical, advertising/media/communications, FMCG, insurance, financial services, administration, health, business process outsourcing, and contact centres. Desleigh has volunteered with a number of organisations including animal welfare (raising kittens for RSPCA and Sydney Dogs and Cats Home), and Aunties and Uncles - her 'niece' is now in her mid-twenties with her own child. One of her paid roles brought the opportunity to travel across and work in regional NSW and Qld- an area she is keen to support. She is passionate about people and believes that people power once harnessed is the key to business success. Desleigh brings a sense of humour and a relaxed, open style to her work.
